It’s the result of a cross between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc.

The wine produced from this grape holds an intense color and complex aroma of fruit,
truffles, coffee, green pepper and cassis.
It is ideal for meats, stews, pastas, casseroles and desserts.
Cluster: "loose" although compact, bluish black, conical.Grapes: small, thick-skinned, round, black and juicy.
Maturation: late, ideal for temperate areas with mild autumns.

Argentine Cabernet stands out and differentiates by its black fruit with spices,
in addition to its strong character given by its tannins.
